これらのメッセージには、施設名やご予約日など、実際のご予約情報が記載されている場合がございます。
特に、AgodaやBooking.com、またはこれらの予約サイトを経由してご予約されたお客様から、同様のお問い合わせを複数いただいております。
当館から、WhatsApp等のSNSアプリを通じてクレジットカード情報の入力をお願いすることは一切ございません。
不審なメッセージが届いた場合は、フィッシング詐欺の可能性がございますので、メッセージ内のリンクは絶対に開かず、入力や返信をしないようにご注意ください。
ご不安な場合は、ご予約された予約サイト（Agoda、Booking.com等）へ直接お問い合わせいただきますようお願いいたします。

We strongly advise you to either leave the message un-opened or contact the booking platform directly to verify.
We have already requested these booking platforms to strengthen their security measures.
